The average temperature for the year was 58.4 degrees or 4.2 degrees
above the normal of 54.2 degrees. This ranks as the 8th warmest
year on record. Ten months had above normal temperatures and two
months had below normal.  January was the warmest on record since
records were started in 1888.

1.) Highest temperature...104 degrees on July 19th, August 1st, and
6th. Historical fact : Number of previous years with 3 or more days of
high temperatures 104 degrees or greater : 14. Year with the most number

2.) Lowest temperature...4 degrees above zero on February 18th.
